EXPERIENCE ELEVATED

Melissa is no stranger to Northern Nevada! She grew up in King Beach, CA, went to Middle School in Gardnerville, and Graduated with honors in Reno. A Nevada Native, she has lived in Northern Nevada all her life as a first-generation Nevadan.

She received an AA in Business with a minor in Legal. She worked in Law for 11 years.

Her real estate career began when she started working for Nevada Rural Housing Authority (NRHA) in 2015 in the Home At Last (HAL) Department. Her job was to train lenders, realtors, and homebuyers about the benefits of using the down payment assistance programs.

2017 Melissa left NRHA and became and REALTOR®. Her first year, she sold 23 homes!

Melissa is married to her best friend, Francisco. They have been married 10 years and have 2 kids together, Melissa has a total of 3 children. They live in Reno.

When she is not selling real estate, she is on the soccer field with her middle son & daughter who both travel and play locally. Melissa loves to camp, ride motorcycles and boat on Tahoe and enjoys spending time with her family! She loves local art and music culture and supports her local community by hosting 2 events annually in Donner Springs.
